By using Stirling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our app.

2. What Stirling Does

Stirling is an ad generator app that helps you create advertising content. We provide the tools, but you're responsible for how you use them and the content you create.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Stirling

• One person per account - no sharing credentials

4. Your Content

• You own the ads and content you create with Stirling

• You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate laws or others' rights

• You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide our services

• Don't create content that's illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property

5. Our Rights

• We own Stirling's software, design, and features

• We can modify or discontinue features with notice when possible

• We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged as described in your plan

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

• You can cancel your subscription anytime

7. Limitations

• Stirling is provided "as is" without warranties

• We're not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

8. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom

• We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes

• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
